Support the day-to-day People & Culture operations, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding processes.Maintain and update employee records and People & Culture documentation while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team member activities.Coordinate new joiner onboarding activities and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed.Assist with attendance, leave administration, and payroll-related activities as required.Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communications.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.Provide administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team as required.Contribute to pre-opening People & Culture projects and initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or People & Culture, preferably within the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic are required.Previous pre-opening experience is preferred.
