What you'll do...
Assist the F&B department with daily administrative tasksHelp cover service when necessary (increase of activity, sickness, etc.)Help the operational team by creating the SOP according to the needs and requests of the managersUnderstand the needs in terms of staff according to the days/events/trainingsBe the link between the hotel and the “Occasionnels” (extras, students and flexi) and communicate their shifts on a weekly basis via Strobbo.Help managers in different projectsDistribute the uniforms and maintain the stock and initiate the ordering process when the stock is too low.Create, update and communicate food and drink bibles, new menus and tastingsHelp the hostesses if necessaryKnow how to use the different tools (Sevenrooms, Micros, etc.)Analyze and respond to customer comments (Trip Advisor, Google review, etc.)Create and collect information in order to establish various reportsBe the Micros referent (Micros champion)Track labor costsAssistance in the preparation of schedules via StrobboParticipation and animation of team briefingsPurchase orders and trackingParticipation in end-of-month inventoriesCollateralAssistance in creating and updating menusManagement of Sevenrooms with F&B Reservation AgentCreation and monitoring of various F&B projects What we're looking for...
