About this role
As an Apprentice Chef, you will learn to:
Prepare and present quality dishes across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events, buffets, and room service.Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.Assist with food preparation and mise en place to support smooth service.Manage stock effectively and help minimise food waste.Keep kitchen equipment clean, safe, and service-ready.Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
