We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented GSA - Housekeeping to join our hospitality team at ibis Hyderabad HITEC City Hyderabad, India. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service. As a GSA - Housekeeping professional, you'll work collaboratively with our housekeeping team to ensure every guest room, suite, and public area reflects our commitment to excellence and hospitality.

Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to established hotel standards and brand guidelinesReplenish guest amenities, minibar supplies, linens, and room essentials while maintaining exceptional presentation and organizationRespond promptly and courteously to guest requests and special requirements, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and careReport maintenance issues, lost and found items, room status updates, and any concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor in a timely mannerFollow all hotel hygiene, safety, and brand standards to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staffManage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standardsCollaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environmentDemonstrate problem-solving skills when addressing guest needs or operational challengesMaintain professionalism and reliability in attendance and punctuality Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent educationDiploma or Certificate in Hotel Management or Housekeeping (preferred)Prior experience in housekeeping operations or guest service roles (advantageous)Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleaguesProficiency in English for effective communicationSolid understanding of housekeeping equipment, cleaning chemicals, and safety proceduresPhysical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management and organizational skillsTeam-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitudeAbility to follow instructions, procedures, and brand standards consistentlyProblem-solving abilities and resilience in handling guest requests and operational challengesReliability and punctuality with a commitment to maintaining high performance standards
