Supervise daily engineering operations, including maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance programs.Assign tasks and monitor the performance of engineering team members.Ensure all hotel equipment, systems, and facilities operate efficiently and safely.Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.Assist in implementing preventive maintenance schedules and tracking system performance.Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and hotel policies.Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs and minimize disruptions.Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.Assist in inventory control of engineering supplies, tools, and spare parts.Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs.Act as the point of contact in the absence of the leaders when required. For Indonesian citizen onlyMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in midscale hotelsStrong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Good understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.Basic computer skills and ability to handle maintenance reporting systems.Good command of English (spoken and written).Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.Physically fit and willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
