About this role
Reporting to the Treatment Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging servicePerform massage while maintaining the clients comfort at all timesPerform 45, 60, 90 and 120 minute massages as requiredMust be available to work evenings, weekends, and HolidaysEnsure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectationMaintain a clean, hygienic and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is in safe working orderActively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail salesAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety and sanitation policiesCreate retail recommendation baskets and personalized cardsOther duties as assigned Certification from an accredited school of Massage requiredCertified in Arizona2-year experience as a Massage Therapist preferredAll professional licenses are to be currentCPR and First Aid certification preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesMust be available evenings, weekends and HolidaysWeekend availability is required Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
Frequent standing, bending and reaching throughout shiftOccasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbsOccasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, sittingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps Frequent standing, bending and reaching throughout shiftVisa Requirements: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
