Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, seating, and attending to guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout their dining experienceTake accurate food and beverage orders while providing knowledgeable recommendations and addressing guest preferences and dietary requirementsServe food and beverages efficiently and courteously, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to brand standardsCollaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination, timely service delivery, and resolution of any service issuesMaintain impeccable knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing to provide informed guest assistanceMonitor guest satisfaction during service and respond promptly and empathetically to any concerns or special requestsEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all timesManage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining composure and efficiency in fast-paced environmentsAssist in setting up and breaking down dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service periodsSupport team members through collaborative problem-solving and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environmentAdapt flexibly to changing priorities and operational needs while maintaining service quality and guest focus **Required Skills and Experience:**
