Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional welcome, creating a positive first impressionTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating knowledge of menu items and daily specialsProvide detailed menu information and personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary requirementsServe food and beverages in a timely, courteous manner while maintaining impeccable presentation standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area throughout serviceProcess payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions with precisionCollaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfactionRespond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, special requests, and concernsAdhere strictly to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and health protocolsAssist in setting up and closing down the restaurant, including restocking supplies and organizing workstationsDemonstrate cultural sensitivity and inclusivity when interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds Proven experience as a waiter/ess in a high-volume, luxury hospitality environment (hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant)Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction and loyaltyStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clienteleAbility to work effectively under pressure, multitask efficiently, and maintain composure in busy settingsSolid knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and dining etiquetteProficiency with basic mathematics for accurate bill calculations and payment processingPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays safelyStrong memory for menu items, specials, and guest preferencesFluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, French, or other languages) is highly advantageousFamiliarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management softwareCultural awareness and sensitivity to Dubai's multicultural dining environmentFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProfessional appearance and commitment to maintaining high grooming and dress code standardsStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsWillingness to work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
