As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service while creating genuine connections with our guests. You will prepare and serve a range of beverages, maintain a polished and welcoming bar environment, and contribute to a seamless guest experience across the venue.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standardDeliver warm, professional and personalised service to guestsCreate memorable interactions through your product knowledge and hospitality expertiseRecommend beverages and maximise guest experiences through thoughtful upsellingMaintain presentation and cleanliness standards across all bar areasSupport restaurant, event and function service as requiredAssist with stock control, stocktakes and inventory managementProcess guest transactions accurately through POS systemsUphold Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements at all timesContribute to a culture of excellence by supporting Elysium's service standards and rituals Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, resort or premium hospitality venueStrong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and beverage serviceA current RSA CertificateExcellent communication and guest engagement skillsStrong personal presentation and attention to detailExperience using POS systems and handling cash transactionsA positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Additional Information
