We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Food and Beverage Guest Service Associates. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Food and Beverage team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while ensuring their dining experiences are nothing short of extraordinary.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating arrangementsPresent menus and take accurate orders from guestsProvide recommendations on food and beverage selections, up-selling where appropriateEnsure timely and efficient service delivery to meet guest expectationsMaintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setup and break downHandle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteouslyCollaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination in food and beverage serviceAdhere to all health and safety standards and procedures Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferredExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressureStrong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest serviceFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysKnowledge of food and beverage menus and offeringsCertification in food handling and safety is a plus Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:
