About this role
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas, including washing, disinfecting, and polishing equipment, floors, walls, and kitchen areasComply with Health and Safety regulations, especially COSHH and Manual Handling, and attend all provided training sessionsAssist in the preparation and distribution of operating equipment for functions, inventories, and other requirementsEmpty bins, clear and sort refuse according to hotel policy, and maintain cleanliness of refuse areasSupport cleaning efforts during peak periods in back-of-house areasHelp maintain cleanliness of staff facilities, including locker roomsEnsure personal hygiene and grooming standards are consistently metPlease note that we believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to perform different tasks from time to time to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues
1-3 years’ experience in the Hospitality IndustryIntermediate communication skills, both written & verbal.Able to work well under pressure in fast-paced and changing environmentProven organizational skills, work well on their own, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.Willing to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidaysA confident & dynamic speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organization What is in it for you?
