We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller to join our team. As a Cost Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our organization's financial resources, ensuring efficient cost management across all departments.
Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures to monitor expenses and identify areas for improvementAnalyze financial data, prepare detailed cost reports, and provide insights to management for decision-makingConduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate stock levelsMonitor and report on budget variances, recommending corrective actions when necessaryCollaborate with department heads to develop and manage departmental budgetsEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulationsPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsAssist in the development and implementation of cost-saving initiativesMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentationParticipate in forecasting and long-term financial planning processesConduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects or investmentsProvide training and guidance to staff on cost control procedures and best practices Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience in cost control, financial management, or a similar roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial analysisProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly ExcelExperience with financial management software and inventory systems (e.g., Futurelog, Opera)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyOutstanding organizational and time management abilitiesEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Join us and start your hospitality journey with Accor!
