We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Service Associate (GSA) - Housekeeping to join our team. As a GSA-Housekeeping, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests, ensuring their stay is exceptional from check-in to check-out.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards in all assigned areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areasEnsure proper usage and safekeeping of departmental master keys and other keys to maintain guest and property securityInteract with guests in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their needs and concerns promptlyCollaborate effectively with other departments to provide seamless service and enhance guest satisfaction Prepare guest rooms, ensuring all amenities and supplies are properly stocked and meet quality standardsFollow lost and found procedures strictly and report any discrepancies immediatelyMaintain and properly use all housekeeping equipment, supplies, and materialsAdhere to safety and hygiene protocols, reporting any potential hazards or maintenance issuesParticipate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practicesAssist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, reporting low stock levels as needed Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, or equivalent qualificationsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standardsExcellent customer service skills with a guest-centric approachAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and safety protocolsPhysical stamina to stand, walk, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periodsFlexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidaysStrong communication skills in English and local languagesWillingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologiesKnowledge of local customs and etiquette relevant to Jaipur, India Service oriented with an eye for detailsAbility to work effectively and contribute in a teamSelf-motivated and energeticMust be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
