Guest Attendant
Have an eye for detail, noticing what others might not, with exceptional cleaning skills? As Housekeeping Guest Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating memorable experiences for them.
What you will be doing:
Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard including dusting, making beds, used linen removal from rooms, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with suppliesTake initiative to add a personalized experience for the guestTake ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional serviceSign in and out master keys dailyMaintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipmentUpdate and record all cleaned roomsReturn and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping OfficeReport necessary maintenance itemsOther duties as assigned Your experience and skills include:
Previous housekeeping experience is an assetExcellent organization skills and time managementAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervisionAbility to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Constant standing and walking throughout shiftFrequent lifting and carrying up to 40+ lbsFrequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
