You will take ownership of the hotel’s revenue strategy, balancing short-term opportunities with long-term commercial objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing the hotel’s overall revenue management strategyOptimising occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and profitabilityManaging pricing, inventory, restrictions and distribution across all relevant channelsAnalysing market trends, competitor activity, demand patterns and booking behaviourLeading forecasting, budgeting and commercial performance analysisIdentifying new revenue opportunities across segments and channelsWorking closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to maximise total hotel performanceProviding clear, commercially focused insights and recommendations to the leadership teamMonitoring performance and taking decisive action in a rapidly changing marketSupporting a culture of data-driven, commercially smart decision-making We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable with a spreadsheet as they are with a strategy conversation.
You bring:
Proven experience in Revenue Management within hotelsStrong understanding of pricing, forecasting, distribution and demand managementExcellent analytical and numerical skillsA commercial mindset and genuine curiosity about market trendsConfidence using revenue management and hotel technology systemsThe ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendationsStrong communication and stakeholder-management skillsA proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to challenge conventional thinkingFluency in English and in HungarianMost importantly, you’re someone who sees opportunities where others see numbers.
