Greet guests, take orders, and ensure seamless dining experiencesPrepare and serve coffees and beveragesMaintain buffet stations, conference setups, and service areasKeep the restaurant and conference areas clean, tidy, and well-presentedWork independently and collaboratively to support smooth daily operationsHandle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner and with a high standard of customer serviceMaintain and follow health, safety and security procedures at all timesShare product knowledge and upsell menu and beverage items Previous F&B or hotel experience Experience working in conferencing is a bonusA current and valid RSA (or willingness to obtain one)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA bright personality with a passion for hospitalityFlexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays What we offer
