About this role
Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Repair & Maintenance 2- with License on Electrical is responsible for the overall maintenance of the guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
EDUCATION AND SKILLS
High school, Vocational or Technical school graduateAbility to speak English and SpanishComputer knowledge (windows platform)
EXPERIENCE
Required experience in maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.At least five to six years of progressive experience in hotel or related field required.Some hospitality experience preferred.LICENSES
Puerto Rico Licenses on Electrical, required
