In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.
What you will be doing:
Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphereTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyServe food and drinks in a timely and professional mannerMaintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sectionAssist in setting up and breaking down dining areasProcess payments and handle cash and credit transactionsCommunicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracyRespond promptly to guest inquiries and concernsAdhere to all food safety and hygiene regulationsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operationsUpsell menu items and promote daily specialsAssist in maintaining inventory and restocking supplies as needed. You will excel in this role if you have:
High school diploma or equivalentFood Handler's Certificate (required)Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (required)Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry (preferred)Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in food and beverage service techniquesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills for handling cash and credit transactionsKnowledge of food and wine pairing (preferred)Understanding of dietary restrictions and allergiesPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
