We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing professional and attentive service.
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming mannerPresent menus, including daily specials, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methodsTake accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale (POS) systemServe food and drinks in a timely and professional mannerEnsure tables are set correctly with appropriate linens, china, glassware, and silverwareMaintain a clean and organized dining area throughout serviceProcess payments accurately and efficientlyCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely deliveryAddress guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessaryAssist in opening and closing procedures, including restocking supplies and cleaning assigned areasStay informed about menu changes, restaurant policies, and local events that may impact serviceAdhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience as a waiter in a fast-paced restaurant environmentStrong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanorAbility to work efficiently in a team while also handling tasks independentlyDetail-oriented with excellent memory and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in using POS systems and handling cash/credit card transactionsKnowledge of food safety and hygiene standardsPhysical stamina to stand and walk for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic math skills for calculating bills and handling paymentsPassion for food and beverage serviceStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situationsFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus Your Team and Working Environment:
