Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the hotelAssist guests with luggage handling, ensuring a smooth and effortless check-in processPark and retrieve guests' vehicles safely and efficiently, maintaining a secure and organized valet areaProvide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experienceAssist with guest inquiries and special requests, aiming to exceed their expectationsCollaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest serviceMaintain a clean and tidy entrance and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guestsAdhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policiesWhat is in it for you:
