Work across Breakfast, Dinner, Conference & Event ServicesServing locally inspired food & beverages to our resort guestsCollaborate with the Food & Beverage team, Chefs, and other departmentsWork as a team to provide seamless, memorable experiences for all guestsShowcase your passion for guest service, storytelling, and attention to detailSet up event spaces, bringing guests vision to life for conference & eventsCreate high-quality beverages from coffee to cocktails, mocktails and more SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience in a similar role across hotels or resortsValid RSA CertificateFull availability across early mornings, evenings, weekends, & public holidaysExcellent Communication Skills & People skillsWarm & friendly guest service, storytelling and attention to detailEnthusiasm & knowledge about plant-forward & local foodBarista and/or Bartending experience is highly regardedUnderstanding of banquets, conferences and event services is beneficial WHY WORK WITH US:
