Develop, implement, and oversee the annual training plan and learning budget, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals and efficient resource allocationFollow-up on all training activities within the hotelEnsure the hotel are 100% compliant with all Ennismore Compliance Training Ensure coordination and delivery of training programs of all internal providersChampion company provided online and e-learning tools and portals, ensuring approval processes are in place and executed, as well as registrations and completions are monitored and trackedAssist their hotel in developing quality introductory and ongoing departmental training plans and learning activities; maintain active follow-up through on-going coaching, guidance and support of junior-, mid-level- and senior leadersSee where synergies can be made with regards to training programManage the Connect portal, Ennismore Learning (LMS) and Ennismore Lobby & ensure team member completion of all required trainingSupervise the completion of compliance training i.e., Ennismore Way, Anti-Bribery, Antitrust, GDPR, Fire Safety, School of Change, Sustainability, First Aid…Review how cross training is used in the hotel and see if there can be a way to do multi-property trainingAble to facilitate training to all levels in the hotelAct as a champion of the creation of a learning cultureRepresent the organization as an exemplary ambassador the Ennismore Culture. Bachelor’s Degree from a hospitality/business university preferred in Hospitality or Business Administration, Education, Human Resources Management (or equivalent)Minimum 5 years of total experience ideally with strong operations backgroundAt least 2 years of experience in a leadership roleExcellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language and Thai is preferredStrong working knowledge of digital toolsExcellent facilitation, coaching, presentation, and public speaking skillsResults and service oriented with an eye for detailsAbility to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situationsA motivator & self-starterWell-presented and professionally always groomedExpertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and adult learning principles
