About this role
This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the security team to ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees, property, and company assets. This role includes monitoring staff performance, conducting inspections, managing incidents, and maintaining security standards and procedures.
Ensure the highest level of safety and security for our Guests, Heartists, Vendors, and Suppliers through an efficient and proactive approach in daily operations.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacityCertificates in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire FightingGood reading, writing and oral proficiency in English languageGood communication skillsMust be able to maintain confidentiality at all timesHonest with a high level of integrityAbility to remain calm and react fast to situationsAbility to work effectively and contribute in a teamSelf-motivated and energeticMust be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times WHY WORK FOR ACCOR
