Prepare and service guest rooms to Fairmont’s exacting luxury standardsEnsure impeccable cleanliness and presentation of bedrooms, bathrooms, and amenitiesReplenish linens, towels, and guest supplies with care and consistencyReport maintenance issues promptly, ensuring rooms remain in perfect conditionHandle guest belongings and privacy with the utmost respect and discretionSupport VIP room preparations, ensuring personalised touches and flawless presentationMaintain housekeeping trolleys and storage areas in a clean, organised, and fully stocked stateRespond to guest requests with warmth, professionalism, and a guest‑first mindsetCollaborate with Floor Supervisors, Housekeeping, and Front Office to ensure timely room readinessFollow all cleaning procedures, including deep‑cleaning schedules and brand standardsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including COSHH and manual handlingParticipate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay aligned with service expectationsSupport lost‑and‑found procedures with accuracy and confidentialityContribute to a positive, respectful, and team‑focused working environmentUphold Fairmont grooming, communication, and service standards at all times 1 year of housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally within a luxury hotel environmentStrong attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional standardsUnderstanding of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and room presentationKnowledge of UK health & safety regulations, including COSHH (training can be provided)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamGood time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise tasksProfessional, courteous, and guest‑focused attitudePhysical ability to meet the demands of the role, including manual handlingA passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences What is in it for you?
