We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive - Housekeeping to join our hospitality team in Mysuru, India. Oversee all housekeeping operations and maintain responsibility for the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall quality standards throughout the entire propertyConduct regular room inspections and comprehensive quality audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and guest expectationsCoordinate with external housekeeping service providers, monitor daily performance delivery, and verify that contracted services meet agreed-upon standardsIdentify quality deficiencies promptly, communicate concerns assertively yet professionally, and implement corrective actions to resolve issuesManage and verify vendor invoices against actual services rendered, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness in all housekeeping expendituresCollaborate effectively with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiencesAddress guest feedback and complaints regarding cleanliness and quality with empathy and transparency, working toward swift resolutionOversee inventory management of linens, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment, maintaining optimal stock levels at all timesSupport property audits and inspections, contributing to the continuous development and refinement of quality assurance protocolsTrain, mentor, and develop housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growthTrack and analyze performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiencyMaintain detailed documentation of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions, ensuring transparency and compliance with organizational policies Completed formal training or certification in hospitality management, hotel administration, or housekeeping operations (preferred)Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on housekeeping experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environmentProven experience in a leadership or supervisory role with demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teamsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain composure in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and external partnersProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new property management systemsSolid understanding of hospitality standards, health and safety regulations, and hygiene protocols specific to the hospitality industryAnalytical mindset with experience in budget management, cost control, and financial reconciliationProblem-solving orientation with a solution-focused approach to operational challengesFlexibility and willingness to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, as operational needs requireStrong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanlinessAbility to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining professional boundaries and assertiveness when necessaryDemonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction and service recoveryValid identification and eligibility to work in India
