We are seeking an experienced and creative Holiday Assistant Planner Agent to join our organisation in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of holiday planning assistants to create unforgettable experiences for our discerning clientele.
Oversee and manage a team of holiday planning assistants, providing guidance, support, and mentorshipDevelop and implement innovative holiday packages and experiences tailored to client preferences and budgetsCollaborate with local vendors, attractions, and service providers to curate unique and exclusive offeringsEnsure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the planning and execution processManage budgets and financial aspects of holiday planning operationsAnalyse market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve our holiday planning servicesResolve complex customer issues and handle high-profile client requestsDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the tourism industryImplement and oversee quality control measures to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality holiday experiencesStay informed about local events, attractions, and cultural activities in Phu Quoc and surrounding areas Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in holiday planning, event management, or a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industryProven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectivelyExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)Proficiency in event planning software and toolsIn-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese tourism industry, particularly in Phu Quoc and surrounding areasExperience in budgeting and financial planning for holiday packages and eventsStrong customer service orientation with a track record of delivering high-quality experiencesAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as requiredProfessional certifications such as Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are desirable What awaits you...
