MAIN SCOPE OF THE JOB:
The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized environment within the Rixy Club. The role focuses on child supervision, safety, hygiene, and support operations, while assisting the Animator and Supervisor to deliver a positive experience for young guests and their parents.
MANDATORY (ISO IMS) COMPLIANCE
All employees must comply with the ISO Integrated Management System requirements, including Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Customer Complaint Handling systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 10002), hotel SOPs, and applicable legal regulations. Active participation in risk management, safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives is required.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety, well-being, and adherence to club rulesEnsure parents complete all registration and child information forms correctlyMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the Rixy Club area at all timesPrepare, arrange, and store toys, materials, and equipment properlyCreate and maintain inventory records for toys and equipmentReport damaged, missing, or required replacement items to the SupervisorAssist Animators during activities when requiredMonitor children’s behavior and intervene appropriately when necessaryCommunicate politely and professionally with parents regarding their childrenBe prepared to provide basic first aid and report incidents according to proceduresBe fully aware of club timings, facilities, promotions, and prices Experience working with children is preferredBackground in hospitality, childcare, education, or recreation is an advantageFriendly, responsible, patient, and safety-oriented personality What We’re Looking For
