What you will be doing:
Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-sellingRecommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requestsBook room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system Your experience and skills include:
Should have min. 2 years experience as Reservations Agent for a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAEGuest focused personality is essential; experience is an assetPrior experience working with Opera will be preferredStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesFluency in English; additional languages are a plus Why work for Accor?
