About this role
We are looking for an experienced, strategic and results-oriented Food & Beverage Director to lead the Food & Beverage Department at Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty.
The position will be responsible for the effective management of all F&B operations, driving revenue and sales, overseeing operational standards, ensuring a high level of guest service, and developing the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Financial Management:
Develop and implement the Food & Beverage strategy;Prepare and control the department budget, revenue and operating costs;Drive sales and profitability across F&B operations;Analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Operational Management:
Oversee the operations of restaurants, bars, banquets and Room Service;Ensure compliance with brand standards, hotel procedures and service quality;Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and sanitation;Monitor the quality and availability of products, menus and guest amenities.Team & Guest Service Management:
Lead, train and develop the F&B team;Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and effectively handle feedback and complaints;Participate in recruitment and build a strong and efficient team;Work closely with other departments to achieve the hotel’s overall objectives. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;Previous experience in a senior Food & Beverage management position;Experience in an international 4–5 star hotel is preferred;Strong experience in managing teams and multiple F&B outlets;Good understanding of F&B financial performance, budgeting and operations;Fluent English is mandatory;Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
