Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevityDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems using industry-standard tools and techniquesRepair and maintain equipment such as motors, heaters, controls, and other building systems while adhering to safety standardsConduct regular safety inspections across all areas of the property and take immediate corrective action to address potential hazardsDemonstrate thorough knowledge of electrical systems, including circuits, load capacities, and safety limits, ensuring compliance with established standardsTest electrical equipment and systems for safety and efficiency, documenting findings and recommendationsMaintain comprehensive knowledge of fire alarm systems and emergency protocols, ensuring all systems function properlyAssist stakeholders with inquiries regarding facility operations in a helpful, informative, and professional mannerMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for organizational tracking and analysisCollaborate with team members and management to prioritize maintenance tasks and meet operational goalsStay current with industry best practices and safety regulations to enhance organizational performance 1 to 2 years of prior experience in multi-technical maintenance, building maintenance, or a related fieldDiploma or ITI certification in a relevant technical discipline (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC)Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenanceDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot and analyze equipment problems efficiently and effectivelyStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesProficiency in time management and the ability to organize multiple tasks and prioritiesPhysical capability to perform hands-on maintenance work, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environmentsKnowledge of safety protocols, fire alarm systems, and compliance standardsAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence and initiativeFlexible mindset with resilience to adapt to changing priorities and work conditionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate maintenance recordsValid driver's license (preferred)
