What you will be doing:
Perform 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 minute massages while accommodating guest’s needs and creating individualized experiencesDrive and dedication towards the common goal of Forbes 5 star ratingConduct guest consultations to assess needs, medical history, and treatment goalsDevelop and deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each guestMaintain accurate treatment records and documentation as required by regulatory standardsEnsure treatment rooms are properly prepared, sanitized, and stocked before and after each serviceUphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and guest confidentialityProvide a welcoming and professional environment that promotes relaxation and wellbeingRecommend spa services and retail products that support guest wellness goalsCollaborate with spa colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient daily operationsMaintain professional licensing and continuing education requirementsFollow all spa policies, procedures, and brand standardsWork collaboratively with spa colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest serviceCarry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Your experience and skills include:
All professional licenses including CMTBC and first aid must be currentPrevious experience as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and in a spa are assetsValid liability insurance as required for practicePrevious experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment is an assetStrong knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques and body mechanicsExcellent communication and guest service skillsProfessional, compassionate, and wellness-focused approach to guest careAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Your team and working environment:
