We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Mansion Upkeep Ambassador to join our luxury hospitality team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of our property's excellence, ensuring that every space reflects our commitment to exceptional standards. As a Mansion Upkeep Ambassador, you'll combine meticulous attention to detail with genuine care for our guests' experience, maintaining our stunning property to the highest caliber while building meaningful relationships with our team and clientele.
Clean, organize, and maintain all assigned areas according to established standards and procedures, ensuring consistent excellence throughout the propertyReplenish guest supplies promptly and efficiently, anticipating needs through careful observation and proactive communicationOrganize, maintain, and secure all equipment and materials used for daily tasks, including personal equipment and cleaning chemicalsCollect and manage daily room allocations and keys, maintaining accurate worksheets and ensuring secure sign-out and sign-in procedures throughout your shiftCommunicate essential information to supervisors and team members, such as guest requests, special needs, pets in-house, and any unusual observationsRespond promptly and courteously to all guest requests, either personally or through effective collaboration with team members and supervisorsReport any damage, malfunctions, or maintenance concerns in guest rooms and common areas to your supervisor immediatelyMaintain comprehensive section room reports and daily productivity documentation, ensuring accuracy and transparencyAttend daily briefings with supervisors, actively engage with assigned tasks, and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing prioritiesReport lost and found items to the security office immediately and handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalismRecord room status accurately in your assigned section and maintain detailed incident logs as requiredComply fully with the property's health, safety, and hygiene policies, and adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standardsParticipate in training sessions and meetings as required, demonstrating commitment to continuous improvementPerform additional duties assigned by supervisors, including valet services such as linen delivery and laundry order processingUnderstand and respect the distinctions between guest levels, including VIP guests, and room categoriesEnsure adherence to all occupational health and safety legislation, policies, and proceduresFamiliarize yourself with property safety protocols, first aid procedures, and emergency response protocolsLog security incidents and accidents in accordance with property requirements, maintaining detailed and accurate records Minimum 1 year of professional experience in luxury hotel or upscale property managementPost-secondary education or relevant qualifications in Hotel Management (preferred)Demonstrated expertise in cleaning, maintenance, and property upkeep standards and proceduresStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team membersExcellent organizational and time management abilities with proven capacity to manage multiple tasks efficientlyDetail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards consistentlyKnowledge of health, safety, and hygiene compliance requirements and best practicesFamiliarity with first aid and emergency proceduresAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentPhysical stamina and capability to perform demanding manual tasks throughout your shiftProblem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities in challenging situationsProficiency in documentation and record-keeping, with strong attention to accuracyFlexibility and resilience in adapting to changing priorities and guest needsCommitment to personal grooming and hygiene standards that reflect our luxury brandWillingness to undergo training and demonstrate continuous professional development An opportunity to be with world’s preferred hospitality companyCaptivating and rewarding experience working alongside passionate professionalsRange of exclusive Heartist BenefitsDevelop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor.
