Experienced in Front Office, Concierge, or Reception (Hotel experience preferred but not essential)A natural people person who makes guests feel at home with ease and warmthOrganised and efficient, with strong communication skills in both writing and speakingA supportive team player who thrives under pressure and can confidently work independentlyEnergetic and proactive, always aiming to deliver exceptional guest experiencesFamiliar with OPERA or similar systems (experience with OPERA is a plus) Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:
