About this role
Shifts are;
Shift starts between 8am & 9am and are usually around 6-7 hours (after a successful probation a 12pm -6pm shift might be available for you)They will include weekends we would expect you to work 5 shifts per week (if you can't do 5, tell us what you can do)Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain assigned guestrooms to hotel standardsEnsure guest privacy and safeguard their belongingsPersonalize guest experiences through attentive serviceRestock room supplies and amenities as neededReport maintenance issues or damaged items promptlyCollaborate with other departments to meet guest needsAdhere to safety and sanitation protocols Are you ready to join our squad of cleanliness crusaders? A personality that sparkles brighter than our freshly polished surfaces! Previous housekeeping experience is a feather in your duster, but not essential.The ability to read guests' minds (okay, not really, but being attentive and anticipating needs is pretty close!)An eagle eye for detail that can spot a speck of dust from a mile away. We're talking superhero-level cleaning skills here!A knack for making guests feel so welcome, they might forget they're not at home (but please don't let them move in permanently!)The magical power to transform chaos into order faster than you can say "turndown service"If you tick these boxes and are ready to embark on a squeaky-clean adventure, we can't wait to meet you!
