As a Kitchen & Laundry Technician , you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing all kitchen and laundry equipment to the highest standards of excellence. Inspect, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment including ovens, stoves, grills, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and exhaust systems to premium operational standardsMaintain and service laundry equipment including washers, dryers, steamers, and ironers to ensure consistent quality and efficiencyPerform preventive maintenance according to established schedules to minimize equipment downtime and ensure uninterrupted service deliveryRespond promptly to urgent repair requests from kitchen and housekeeping departments to maintain guest satisfactionDiagnose faults in electrical and mechanical systems and execute necessary repairs or recommend equipment replacementsCoordinate with specialized vendors for complex repairs and parts procurement to maintain equipment integrityEnsure strict compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations related to all electrical and gas-powered appliancesMaintain comprehensive documentation of all maintenance activities and equipment service history for audit and compliance purposesAssist in the installation and setup of new equipment when requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance workshop and tool inventory
