We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Full-Time F&B Supervisor to join our team at the Olympic Hotel. Key responsibilities:

Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and health regulationsTrain, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and improve performanceMonitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient operationsAdhere & uphold Fairmont Olympic Hotel service standardsStrive to create a memorable experience and “Turn Moments into Memories” for guestsParticipate in Staff Trainings and Product Knowledge DevelopmentPerform opening and/or closing dutiesShift-Coverage of colleagues as neededAbility to suggest coaching & disciplinary action for colleaguesEnsure cleanliness, health & safety protocols, and EHC standards are always met Conduct daily briefings and motivate colleaguesResolve service & product guest recoveries following standard proceduresPerform other duties as assigned by the Director of Outlets. IE. Administrative duties, assisting in all aspects of the operation What will you bring to this role?
