We have an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic Banqueting Team here at Old Thorns Golf Resort & Spa Hampshire!
We are passionate about hospitality and our Conference & Banqueting team help to provide a smooth and efficient services for our customers and help to create the memories during the most important moments of our customers lives.
This role mainly consists of providing Food & Beverage services to our guests attending Conferences, Weddings and other events using our ballrooms and meeting rooms.
We kindly ask that you are available for a flexible rota, where evenings and weekends are required.
Main Responsibilities:
Food & Beverage Service during events.Assisting with set up and clear down before and after events.Assist with set up, food and drink service and clear down after events.Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.Be confident and knowledgeable about food & drink and in current liquor licensing laws and ensure these are strictly adhered to.Help in other areas of the Food & Beverage department, where required. Must hold a Valid Right to Work in the UK - Sponsorship not available for this position.Ideally over the age of 18 to comply with the Licensing Act 2003, however, applicants are considered under 18 with alcohol-restricted duties.Entry level role - previous experience is desirable but not required.Available to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) Old Thorns Company Benefits
