Reservations Supervisor, Fairmont Cheshire – The Mere Supporting the Reservations Manager and working closely with the Reservations and Front Office teams, you will help lead the day-to-day reservations operation, ensuring enquiries and bookings are handled with warmth, confidence and meticulous attention to detail. You will support and coach colleagues, maximise revenue opportunities, maintain accurate reservation records and ensure every guest interaction reflects Fairmont’s standards of contemporary luxury hospitality. We are looking for an engaging and organised hospitality professional with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for creating personalised guest experiences.
