We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to join our finance team in Kathmandu, Nepal. Assist in the preparation, analysis, and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirementsSupervise and coordinate daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliationsSupport the budgeting and forecasting process; monitor, analyze, and report on budget variances to identify trends and opportunities for improvementMaintain and strengthen internal control procedures to safeguard organizational assets and ensure compliance with company policiesCoordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring all required documentation is accurate, complete, and readily available for audit activitiesParticipate actively in cost control initiatives and profitability improvement projects, providing analytical insights and recommendationsOversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial reports to management and relevant stakeholdersEnsure full compliance with local Nepali tax regulations, statutory requirements, and international accounting principles **Experience**
Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in a senior finance or accounting positionProven experience in financial statement preparation, analysis, and reportingDemonstrated experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliation functionsStrong background in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisExperience implementing and maintaining internal control procedures and compliance frameworksFamiliarity with month-end and year-end closing processesExperience coordinating with internal and external auditors**Education & Certifications**
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification (preferred)**Skills & Competencies**
