Job Responsibilities:
Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging serviceExhibit sincere hospitality. Go above and beyond for the guest. Be obsessed with guest satisfaction.Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayUnderstand shift end reports in the outlet and the Point of Sale SystemUnderstand all reservations systems and iPad systems for seating chartsHave knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsHave full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methodsFollow brand policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageFollow hotel time and attendance policyFollow grooming and attire guidelinesMust be available to work flexible shifts including AM, PM, evenings and weekendsOther duties as assigned Qualifications
Previous experience as a Server in high volume food and beverage operationKnowledge of beer, wine, and spirits as well as their preparation and presentationPrevious point of sale system experienceExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAbility to speak, read and write in EnglishAbility to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

Salary expectations: $13.66 , tip eligible position.
