About this role
We're seeking an outgoing and service-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team across breakfast, lunch and dinner service periods. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you'll support and inspire our team to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences for our guests. Coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations, leading the team to bring efficient, friendly and professional service to every guestEnsure team members have a good understanding of our food and beverage offerings and are confident to make suggestions and recommendationsCoach team members in service skills, dietary and allergens knowledge, safe food handling, and engaging interactionsMaintain presentation of bar and restaurant areas, following set opening, closing and daily proceduresCoordinate with Kitchen team to maintain menu quality and consistencyManage inventory, place orders, and control costs while maintaining product qualityEnsure compliance with food safety regulations, RSA and company policiesHandle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionallyAssist in creating and implementing innovative F&B promotions and events Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar role for at least 12 monthsStrong leadership and communication skills with ability to coach team membersExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification and knowledge of food safety regulationsProficiency in inventory management, cost control, and POS systems (Micros)Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekendsPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a positive, customer-first mindset Benefits and Perks
