Key Responsibilities
Provide professional, attentive and efficient food and beverage service to all guestsTake and process food and beverage orders with accuracy and careEnsure food and beverages are delivered and presented in a timely, polished mannerMaintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environmentAssist with table set-up, clearing and resetting throughout serviceCollaborate closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure seamless serviceAdhere to hotel policies, food safety standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and responsible service of alcohol regulationsSupport opening and closing duties as required About You
Have a valid RSA or be willing to obtain onePrevious experience in a high-volume hotel or premium restaurant environment is highly desirable.Thoughtful, accurate, and quick on your feet without sacrificing quality.Positive, personable, and adaptable under pressure.Always ready to jump in and support your team members.Available to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
