About this role
You will be responsible for:
During Pre-opening phase :
Drive pre-opening timelines and ensure operational readinessManage budgets, forecasts, CAPEX and cost controlsSupport commercial strategy, positioning and pricingEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsEstablish SOPs, controls and risk management frameworksRecruit, build and train a high-performing teamOversee brand standards, procurement and final readiness inspectionsUpon successful opening of the hotel :
Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the property and support all departments in the achievement of operational targetsMaximize the property in terms of profit and management of financialsEnsure full compliance with operating controls and legislation in all areas of the businessRecruit and retain a high-performing teamChampion employee engagement and promote a collaborative and inclusive environment where all employees are encouraged to provide inputDevelop relationships within the local communityDriving service cultureMaintain product and service quality standards to exceed guest expectationsPromote the brand and ensure all brand essentials and standards are in place and executed consistently. Your experience and skills include:·
At least 8 years experience in luxury hotel management including pre-opening experienceStrong Educational background including a DegreeStrong command of English, both written and spokenGood understanding of the local market and previous work experience in Vietnam is an advantageExperience in managing relationships with hotel owners What is it for you :
