We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as our new Spa & Recreation Attendant.
The Spa & Recreation Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all spa, wellness, fitness, pool and recreation facilities are clean, safe, well-maintained and ready for guests. The role provides direct guest assistance while maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service expected in a luxury hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and provide professional and personalized serviceMaintain cleanliness and organization of spa, recreation, pool, fitness and wellness areasEnsure towels, robes, amenities and other supplies are fully stockedPrepare and maintain treatment rooms before and after guest appointmentsAssist guests with the use of spa and recreation facilitiesMaintain changing rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, sauna, steam room and pool areasMonitor facilities and report maintenance, safety or equipment issues promptlyConduct regular checks to ensure all areas meet hygiene and safety standardsSupport spa therapists and reception colleagues with daily operationsRespond to guest requests and provide assistance in a courteous and efficient mannerMaintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment throughout the facilitiesFollow all hotel health, safety, hygiene and operational proceduresMaintain professional grooming and appearance at all timesAssist with opening and closing procedures and daily facility checksWork closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience What will you bring to this role?
