About this role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Bartender / Mixologist to lead our bar team and create an exceptional beverage experience at our Greek / Mediterranean Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily bar operations and lead the bar teamDesign and update cocktail menus, including signature creationsMaintain excellent service standards and guest engagementMonitor stock levels, control costs, and manage supplier ordersTrain and develop bartenders to ensure consistent qualityEnsure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policiesHandle guest feedback professionally and proactively
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurantStrong knowledge of spirits, wines, and international cocktail trendsProven leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication skills in EnglishProfessional grooming and presentationAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
