What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and non-alcoholic drinks confidently and consistently.Welcome and engage guests with energy, warmth and personality.Follow Mama’s recipes, presentation and service standards.Recommend drinks and confidently answer guest questions.Bring personality and a little showmanship while keeping service fast and smooth.Set up, stock and maintain a clean, organised and service-ready bar.Handle multiple orders while maintaining speed, quality and attention to detail.Follow responsible alcohol service, hygiene and safety standards.Work closely with the F&B team and jump in wherever needed. Bartending experience is required.Confident with classic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers.Able to handle bar service without needing to be taught the fundamentals.Friendly, outgoing and naturally comfortable engaging with guests.Fast, organised and calm in a busy, high-energy environment.Good understanding of bar setup, stock handling, cleanliness and closing procedures.Dependable, flexible and a strong team player.Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
