Welcoming the guests to our F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional serviceConveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standardsCommunicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guestsGood knowledge of our productsTake responsibility for your designated section and stationEnsuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all timesReceiving and processing customers’ paymentsMaking sure ingredient labels are visible in all stationsMaintaining hygienic food service techniques during serviceCleaning and sanitizing tablesTaking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concernsActively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services **Required Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalentStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Customer service mindset with a commitment to guest satisfactionAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentBasic mathematical skills for handling payments and transactionsKnowledge of food safety and hygiene standards**Preferred Qualifications:**
