Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of laundry operations such as washing, drying, ironing, and folding. Familiarity with fabric care is an advantage.Attention to Detail: Able to maintain cleanliness and quality standards when handling guest laundry and hotel linen.Efficiency and Time Management: Able to work efficiently and handle workloads during busy periods.Physical Stamina: Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift, and carry laundry items.Communication and Teamwork: Able to work well with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments.Safety and Hygiene Compliance: Understand basic safety, hygiene, and proper handling of laundry equipment and chemicals.Flexibility and Adaptability: Willing to work flexible shifts and adapt to operational needs.Previous Work Experience: Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping operations is an advantage, preferably in a hotel environment.
