About this role
Support Servers in delivering seamless, professional, and engaging poolside service. Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately to tables, loungers, cabanas, and designated guest areas. Verify food and beverage orders for accuracy, completeness, presentation, temperature, and special requests prior to delivery. Maintain knowledge of Pool Lounge menus, ingredients, allergens, preparation methods, and daily offerings. Communicate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests accurately to the appropriate team members. Assist Servers with clearing and resetting tables and service areas. Remove used plates, glassware, utensils, towels, and service items as appropriate to the role. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, poolside pathways, and guest-facing spaces.
