Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Assist the Public Area Manager in directing daily cleaning operations across all shared spaces, including lobbies, restaurants, elevators, and outdoor arrival areas.Quality Assurance: Conduct frequent inspections to ensure all surfaces, furnishings, and decorative elements meet the strict Luxury Quality Assessment (LQA) standards.Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Public Area Attendants and Supervisors, fostering a culture of "heartfelt hospitality" and anticipatory service.Program Planning: Coordinate routine and deep-cleaning programs, such as marble polishing, carpet shampooing, and special setups for VIP arrivals or events.Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with Engineering, Front Office, and F&B to address maintenance needs or guest concerns promptly.Resource Management: Monitor the usage and inventory of eco-friendly cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring adherence to the resort’s sustainability and safety protocols. Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in luxury hospitality housekeeping, with significant experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.Pre-Opening Expertise: Experience in pre-opening stages—including project coordination and document control—is often mandatory for this specific destination.Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management systems (like Opera) and a deep understanding of specialized cleaning techniques for high-end finishes.Core Attributes: A proactive, anticipatory approach, impeccable grooming, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Sustainability Mindset: Commitment to following strict discipline in reducing, reusing, and recycling in line with the Red Sea Global ethos. Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.Experience in pre-Opening is a must.A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
